TRAXXAS T-MAXX 4908

PLEASE READ THIS:Bigger. Meaner. More Powerful! The Ultimate 4×4 Nitro Monster 4×4 monster truck fun starts with T-Maxx. When T-Maxx launched onto the scene a whole new world of R/C driving possibilities emerged. T-Maxx has become the world’s best-selling Ready-To-Race® nitro monster truck by climbing, jumping, and ripping through terrain that others simply wouldn’t dare to attempt. Hardcore nitro monster crushing continues to evolve and so does T-Maxx. Introducing the new T-Maxx 3.3. This brutal new Maxx responds to the call with a huge new stance; a tougher backbone; and wicked, tire-searing performance. T-Maxx brings it all together and unlocks a whole new level of monster thrashing potential. Go faster, jump higher, and let your creativity find new forms of torturous off-road pounding. The new T-Maxx is stronger, bigger, and meaner right down to its monster core. TRX® 3.3 Racing Engine Bigger piston and sleeve delivers extreme power Consistent and smooth throughout the entire power band Straight-through exhaust flow Slide carburetor TRX IPS crankshaft Knife-edged connecting rod Molded head protector screws onto the cooling head Large aluminum blue-anodized cooling head High-volume air filter Super-light piston and rod High-performance ball bearings Backed by Traxxas Lifetime Engine Replacement Plan EZ-Start® push-button electric starting Traxxas Resonator Tuned Pipe Double chamber design maximizes low to mid rpm horsepower Laser etched, polished aluminum finish

Traxxas was started in 1986 with an idea for what was at that time an entirely new concept for a fully assembled, hobby-class R/C car. This new car would have all the same benefits of a hobby-class kit such as replaceable parts, hop-ups, and a high-quality component radio system, however it would be fully assembled with a colorful body, right out of the box. Traxxas coined the term “Ready-To-Run” (RTR) to describe this new class. Since a fully assembled, ready-to-run car would appeal to the entry-level beginner, a toll-free customer support line was set up from day one to service an entirely new category of hobby consumer. At first, acceptance of the RTR concept was slow because traditional R/C kits had always been unassembled. Once people realized that a Traxxas RTR had the same performance and quality as the traditional R/C kits, only that they didn’t have to build it, the ready-to-run Cat was a runaway hit! A kit version would still be offered for those who still wanted to have the building experience. Over the next few years, Traxxas’ electric RTR models continued to grow in features and performance. Models such as the Hawk and Radicator incorporated the handling, driveline and suspension geometry developed by a highly successful racing program. Traxxas won many national and regional off-road championships and then offered kit versions of those winning cars as models such as the TRX-1 buggy, Blue Eagle racing truck, TCP buggy, and the SRT racing truck. @warrendevaul im buying a tmaxx 3.3 for 175 today

  2. warrendevaul says:

I dont want to seem harsh, but if you don’t think that paying $429.99 for one of the best nitro monsters on the market, (plus engine replacement plan) without reverse or whatever is a bad investment, than ur all idiots. By the way you can add reverse for 50 bucks. And while ur at it, you can change up trans ratio for OPEN FEILD! or CLOSE TRACK! Either way its one sick truck. Ready to race!!!!

it is a 3.3 engine but do not go out and buy one for about 150-200 dollars if you have a t-max. you can send your old engine back and get the upgade for 100 dollars

  10. trx1961 says:

notice where there running it too. OPEN FIELD!! sheesh!!
should have made it in 2 forms:
    1)basher with reverse
2)roller with no motor(choice left to modler)

  11. trx1961 says:

should left it as a basher with reverse, but nnoooooo. idiots!!

  12. sugarsaint says:

I love them all Revo,Savage, and the new MFR, but the Tmaxx is the boss.

  13. madcat303 says:

revo is more of a muggy (designed for racing) the t-maxx however, is more of a monster truck and designed for just messing around and bashing

  14. nascarracing388 says:

would this truck be better then a revo?
i dont know what to get a revo or a tmaxx

  15. snowboardnmtbike says:

I have about two and a half gallons through mine. I have to send the engine back because the front bearing is leaking and it sucks air through it. The high end needle is about a turn and a half richer than factory and same with the low end. I hear Traxxas is a good company and they will take care of you. We will have to see if this is true. I hope it is.

  16. bad91dually says:

i replaced alot on mine not just the servos and they were burned up and the tranny always fucked up so i gave it to my little bro and now i have a savage with no problems at all

  17. king14rk says:

bad mistake i use mine alot the only problem ihad that was not from factory was nothing. all my shit had to be replaced becauseit crashed lol.. but im good at driving now. me and my 3 friends bash like once a week.. and im buying a new high toque servo by futab s3305. lol should be sweet some poepl think they rock some people think the suck but savages are little tougher than maxxes. but maxxxes and savages go about same spped until maxx hit’s second gear.

  18. king14rk says:

mine lasts for about 15 20 mins on one tank with 150 cc i think it’s 150cc

  19. adb140275 says:

reverse the channels on the controller duh

  20. jodati says:

traxxas rules!! but electric is better :P haha

  21. Wizardsquadron says:

The Top speed on that IF tuned right is around 45-55 MPH. And the 1 tank of fuel lasts around 7-10 Min. Ill tell u this its better than Electric. As long as u have fuel u can keep on running it. Good luck on getting your T-Maxx my brother has the S-Maxx and I have a HPI MT2 .18SS+ and both are beasts out of hell. Good luck.

  22. ahmedjabbari says:

im getting one soon. a new one. but i want to now what the top speed is. and how long i can drive then i have to fuel it.

  23. popcornreviews says:

  25. bad91dually says:
