One of the best bashing videos ive ever seen! Nice job on editing the video.
@RyguyCC I have one of these and its a heavy vehicle…acceleration throws all the weight to the back and makes it ‘squat’ in the back end. You can buy stiffer springs for it (around $6 a pair) and tighten up the preload on the shocks.
Very good traxxas on the summit very good running works great on any surface i upgraded mine to a gas power one it works very good all stock i didnt have any problems with it when i had it stock but now that is gas power big weels awsome truck..!!
@RyguyCC
its sagging from acceleration and weight. It can be fixed with shock spacer preloads. It is normal on all RWD chassis types if you don’t space your shocks
this may have been talked about already, but does vehicle normally run so close to the ground at the back?
They are only electric, basically a crawler. With a highspeed/lowspeed setting… About 35 mph.
can you tell me approximately how fast the traxxas summit goes stock….thanks
eletric
hey are Traxxas Summit’s nitro or electric?
probly the best ever basher
Nice video. I really enjoyed watching it. I am running a marketing campaign to start a large auto detailing chain corporation. Let me know what you think by checking out my channel. Thanks

The tires look cool in the air at 0:58
oh you mean that, it wont happen alot for the high gear ratio
@FKAguy see the car running NOT the car stopped and you will notice the rear is close to the floor when you put throttle, just that is what I mean to say. And making the car taller you increase the COG so lose grip and turn over much more. Learn something before making comments
too little wow, you dont have a scale, the actual clearence is about 4 inches
it shouldnt mater if u raise the rear it woundt loose grip all it does is make it taller
Not necessarily, if you raise up the rear of the truck to level it out with the front it should be just fine. All in all it’s just a matter of preferance of how you want your truck set up and how you want it to handle.
The rear of the car is too close to the floor, maybe is a weird set up of the shocks, but if you increase the ground clearance you loose grip too ..
LOL i put a big motor in it nd didntchange n e ting else
lucky i fried my esc caught on fire
fried battery connections on my truck duin flips nd whellies lol
YES IT IS !
You can raise the gound clearance !
I like this car but as showed in the vid its ground clearance is too little for being a monster truck
I love the new feature of being able to change the ger ratio from the controller! its like shifting gears! its awesome!!!!
