Traxxas Stampede Unboxing and Review

IMPORTANT!!!! heres the motor break in instructions: The Titan 12T motor will benefit from a short break-in period to ensure optimum performance and longer motor life. For the first battery pack, use the stock installed pinion gear and drive smoothly on a flat, paved surface. Accelerate smoothly (avoiding full throttle starts), with most of the driving being done at higher speeds. This will help insure that the motor provides the best performance and longest life…….. i am not making a profit off of last resort, by papa roach, i am not trying to violate copyright laws, traxxas stampede unboxing and review, xl-5, hd, full hd, 1080p, 720p, brushless ready, •Waterproof electronics for all-weather driving excitement in water, mud and snow! •Titan® 12-Turn 550 Motor •30+mph!* •Powerful XL-5 Waterproof Electronic Speed Control •Now Equipped with Traxxas’ High-Current Connector,The best-selling Stampede was the first high-performance monster truck and it’s legendary ruggedness has made the Stampede name synonymous for monster truck driving fun. •Waterproof electronics all-weather, all-season R/C excitement •New watertight receiver box and 2216 4-channel micro receiver •Titan® 12-Turn 550 modified motor •XL-5 electronic speed control •New gray parts •Included optional 23-tooth pinion gear •Revo®-Spec Torque-Control™ slipper clutch •Talon 2.8″ tires with foam inserts pre-glued on mirror-chrome All-Star™ wheels •New body graphics •Powder coated white springs

@DoYouThinkThatsFunny before u drive it this is IMPORTANT if u want ur motor to last, u need to break it in, go to an empty parking lot or open area like a big driveway, and drive it 3/4 throtttle to full throttle for a full battery, i would run it for two batteries but its ur desicion, anyway this lets the brushes settle so when u drive it and the motor gets hot, the brittle brushes dont break off, i blew mine, il put a link in the description for instructions

I will never again buy a traxxas product either. I have Rustler and its great really. im not mad about the product as much as i am at the customer service. Losi has my business now

    I vote Pede ~!
Rustler is more revo’esque, the Pedo is more EMaxx in flavor. Lets put it this way the Rustler is more race oriented in it’s geometry. The Stampede is more Jumping and Wheelie Poping oriented in Geometry. The trucks are similar but different. I love my Pede, could have just as easily gotten a Rustler, but went for the Pede having had friends with both trucks and knowing full well what I was buying. I run my VXL Pede on 3S 45C burst 5000mah and cannot hit FULL Throttle!

i converted my xl-5 ruslter to a Castle 5700, I loved it. that was a while ago, but it seems like i had to replace the idler gear in the transmission with a steel one, cause the other ones keept stripping. I’m not sure about the pedes, but i would guess it would be the same.

  20. cbadboyz14 says:

im wondering can a standard stampede xl-5 be upgraded to vxl just wondering new to these trucks or should i get the mamba

  21. nitrorcx says:

It’s only for sales purposes since we now have official licensing of Traxxas products

  22. lancer2589 says:

Why did you steal this from traxxas and put it on here? About ten others have done the same thing!!!!!!!
