I keep the glue handy – every third time or so, I blow the bead. Quick glue job with Losi glue and it is ready to go again. It is faster to re-glue than to deal with all of the screws on the bead lock.

Losi Dessert Tires make great tires for bashing with a Slash!

I’ve had the opposite experience with beadlocks. My glued tires grenaded when I upgraded to brushless after 2 days. I’ve had my beadlocks on for a week and I’ve never popped a tire out from the high speed. Good info overall.

    Good info

Beadlocks suck, they’re a fad. Nothing beats glue.
