i have bought a brand new rsutler, with a battery (8.4 v nimh) and a charger. it has also the newest traxxas tq link 2.4 ghz technologic! i think it will be on friday to me (sorry, i´m a german)

@NitriusX It’s just some packing foam. It looks similar to the stuff they use at giant eagle to package some fruit. I am not really sure where to get it though.

@MomWeAreTheBomb Find a local hobby ship. Look in the phone book or google something like “hobby shop near (your city)”.
@fabtec4life Well it depends on where you live. It has to get to them, then they have to fix it, and then they have to ship it back. Probably only takes 2 or 3 days to fix it at most, but the shipping time is the bas part.

@TecIsAwesome Rustler XL-5 is $200 (Brushed)
Rustler VXL is $320 (Brushless)
However, the VXL is better motor, ESC, and TRansmitter/reciever quality, I reccomend buyng the Xl-5, then if you want the other fancy upgrades (which you probably will), you can buy the Traxxxas Velineon Motor/ ESC combo VXL-5, and a 2.4 GhZ raido system from traxxas because when you add the price of the upgrades, it is $350, but you’ll have a back-up Motor, ESC, and reciever.
