I have a heavily modified nitro 4-tec running a TRX 2.5R. I used some HPI R40 parts (inc. the fuel tank) to allow me to move the heavy components closer (and lower) to the middle of the car. The car’s handling was completely transformed.
The 4-tec has soul, but the car design is really outdated (it is hard to work on). Newer RC street cars handle better and have MUCH better brakes. I still love the 4-tec, but it is best for high speed runs on the street, as opposed to track use

@gdelacuba you can run these things on jack daniels whisky. burns cleaner and lasts longer

what fuel are you running it on? 20% or 30%

i got mine right behind cars on the interstate i was in my bros camaro and we got it going and it was taking a joyride it was hard trying to save it from getting run over i should get a camera and tape it
