Yep I’m running a SPE26cc using 18×6 prop for my cap232
hand prop that puppy!!
@angrygunsmith depends on the size of the motor/plane. if its a little flat foam park flier, then its probably not a big deal. but if its a larger plane with a more powerful motor and less dampening between the motor and radio gear. the high frequency vibration could cause problems with the electronics and/or damage the airframe.
anyone want to buy a new in box never run rossi with pipe its from like the 80s very nice engine send me a message if interested to my username jackasss33
Hi all, my propeller shaft wobbles a little bit when i run my motor at the lowest speed, is it anything to worry about? it seems un-noticceable at full throttle though? This i beleive is due to a run in with the wall, and the prop dug into my wooden cabinet slightly, at half throttle. Im not sure how the prop shaft was before the crash, whether it wobbled or not, but at the moment there is slight wobble at low speed, but not noticeable at full and even half throttle.
its a brushless motor btw
not really, you can start on a gas engine trainer aswell.
awsome im just geting into electric planes so i got a long way togo be for i buy one of these
Hi. In this kind of engine the position of the fuel tank is not a problem because the walbro carburetor has a pump inside and the only thing you have to do is flip the propeller until you see the fuel is coming into the carburetor. You have to open fully the gas, the choke open also, and with your finger close the air intake. Then flip the propeller, always with the ignition off , and with you see the fuel is into the carburator flip two or three more times, and the engine is ready to start.
Hi. I have just bought spe26 but I am having problem keeping it running. I have pour some fuel in carb before starting it but it does not sustain. Does the level of fuel tank have any bearing on this. Mine is in-line with carb. Should I raise the level? Please help.
No. It´s a 18×6.
What prop is that? 17X8 ?
What do you refer?
???
how much is the motor
I have to say that I´ve read more bad things than good ones, but I have The spe and two crrc pro and all the engines perform well. The spe starts by hand better than the crrc pro. It´s my opinion and my experience.
it wants to take off strap some wings on it n youll b flyin!
beautiful sound
Hi. 2.3hp/1.7kw
nice what kw is that
enough priming lol
runs smooth
The engine looks small and it´s really small but it´s a 26cc, and it´s great to fit inside the cowl of a plane. The prop you see in the video it´s a 18X6. A prop suitable for this kind of engine.
looks a bit smaller than a 26 cc
