My new toy that I’ve purchased after having tons of fun with a little RC Drift Car. Traxxas Slash VXL has outstanding performance on all kinds of terrain, is waterproof, well-built and dangerously fast !!! Stock Brushless motor, NiMH battery, 27 Mhz remote and receiver. The Wireless Camera is from rangevideo.com Slash VXL was purchased on ebay for a total price of around 180$ (brand new costs 249$ at a hobby store)

I got one as a 2 day early birthday present! on may 1st. I raced it when I got it and I won! against two grownups! but the speed controller came defective. it’s AWESOME! it has amazing steering especially when drifting. but the stock suspension is HORRIBLE. when I ran of a jump I flipped on its roof. I’d really recommend it.

More than likely the person is picking on your experience level. How high and mighty he must be. More than likely, off of the design notes that I mentioned, you might want to question his experience a little.
wow i did not know that! Some one told me that the car is a very bigginer level car and the engine is very bigginer level too is this true? and what engines do you recomend?
If the arn-1 is a big block kit then it will take any big block engine.

The range is more than 1500 feet, stock battery lasts for 15 min on average, no need to change the oil…
