Shock mounting points & angles allow you to adjust your spring & damping rates at zero cost, but they can have some unexpected effects as well.

As this is “Suspension 101,” an introductory overview, I’m focusing on the most common types & configurations of components, and covering only the most key & important points of each element of suspension design & tuning.
