Not really. It is narrow but the plastic goes out and does not hold fuel… if that makes sense. Its all for visual appeal than function.

i bring a charger and multiple batteries and hook my duratrax ice up to my battery on my truck an most times im at a track or in my driveway
avoid traxxas for offroad unless its a revo or slash
smc 5200 but for a west central dirt oval race i gotta run a 13.5 and a smc 3200
or u just buy a car battery and buy 3 lipo’s one dies one charges. end of convo
what lipo u using.
that is why you have at least 2 lipos and electric is easyer to do maitnence on and un less youve been using nitro for at least 2-3 years you may not know how to take care of it
and a 2s lipo costs less than 1 cent to charge.
cheap 5% nitro fuel cost $10 a litre
so all together tht cost about $183 when for $180 u can get a bettery quality nitro 1/8 car which last about 10- 30mins a tank and when it runs out u spend ten secs refilling it and away u go for another 10-30 mins when u have 40mins of fun then u go home charge yr battery for an hour until u can take it out again
