Video Rating: 5 / 5

i have looked at both cannard video`s,ur boat looks quite fast.
hi, I wouldnt make the front sponson any bigger , have u tried moving the strut i think forward that should hold the nose down. ( try this 1st ) also try differnt heights of the strut . I was going to fit a CMB 101 in my cannard .would have been fun
If you type in Tomahawk Canard Hydro,Going better, but lots more to come. You should be able to see it ok .
Thanks for your good advice,i will try a different prop. Have you seen the other vid ,where it actually does submerge big time !. Going lots faster than last time, but also possibly needs larger front sponson area ,as a cmb 90 is quite a heavy engine . Possibly make it ride pad wider with greater area .I will post another vid soon ,so keep looking ,maybe within a week . I enjoy canards very much ,so different from the norm and the comments from onlookers make it worth while .
hi I saw ur cannard and the bow seems to be out of the water a lot , mine use to go submerge sometime so I moved the motor back. maybe u need to use a prop to hold the nose down like the out riggers use? or move the motor forward a little.
Too bad it got stolen !.If u type in tomahawk canard hydro ,you can see it racing around a small pond in little old england .Powered with a cmb 90 on only 25%nitro.There are to vids, happy searching.
nice boat and that was going really fast
that’s probably the fastest RC boat i’ve
ever seen
I made this Cannard last Xmas …its light blue Gelcoat Carbon Fibre , Vinylester Resin, With Kelgecell foam Vacuum Bagged on the wings, and last week launched it and besides the rudder been to short it went quite well, it ran out of water and ended up on the grass,Funny at the time….
