RC ADVENTURES – DARK FUNERAL 1/8TH SCALE AXIAL RAT ROD SUPER ROCK CRAWLER – TEST RUN

GARAGE – www.RCSPARKS.com ……………….. FORUM – http ………….. GALLERY – www.RCSPARKS.com Amazing Custom Super Rock Crawler! This is one MONSTER AXIAL BODIED Rat Rod! Motor on Axle, Controlled by a Spektrum DX6 – TEST RUN

Video Rating: 4 / 5

Using an Aiptec Pocketcam X attached to the side of an Electric RC Piper Cub, I was able to get high enough to see the Greenwaste Facility on the east, and the school construction on the west. You can see me standing on the road below doing the flying. When I shut the electric motor off, the prop still freewheels and you can hear it. That’s LaPata Road, San Juan Capistrano, California Enjoy..Dave Herbert. AMA 8221

@thefluroorange theres nothing stock about this… I dont even know why you would say that. Tell me.. pls… what is a “stock” berg? Fool

  3. thefluroorange says:

Seems a bit weak, and would have been nice to have steering servos running independant of eachother. Not what I would cll a super rock crawler, but a step up from stock. Thanks but no thanks.

  4. jasonscamman28 says:

    Nice work!

  19. djmedic2008 says:

@Bunter852 Front axle full throttle forward.. and back axle full throttle backwards.. an axle tug of war

  20. calgarycrawler says:

    @g23crawler

The front rims are not weighted at all, that wasone of the first time’s that truck has been on the ground. There is still a lot of tuning and changes to be made before it’s fully comp ready.

  21. Bunter852 says:

How does it keep spinning its wheels on the grass why doesent it go forward, its funny when it does it

  22. g23crawler says:

@djmedic2008 thats true but it looks like the front rims could be wieghted alittle more

  23. 2stroke4Me says:

    Beautiful car…speechless….

  24. djmedic2008 says:

@g23crawler These are custom made comp crawler tires bro.. based off of 1000 comps and the best of the best tire designs. The hook up on them is hard to match. They arent going to get much better than this… only wider

  25. hock3y4lyf3 says:

@djmedic2008 oh lol. yeah. i would normally say “i can understand” but i have had enough times where i stay up all night working on modding someone elses consoles or fixing my own that i dont even really get tired anymore. IM NOCTURNAL BITCH!!! just kidding. really, im joking. about the nocturnal thing. the rest is true. :D have fun with that kickass crawler, dude!

  26. MissDaProach says:

Nice videos nightflyer. Take a look at the video response. It is a larger cub with a flycamone2 onboard with a full aerobatic routine.

  27. johnstan39 says:

Hi Dave, nice aerial video well done I enjoyed it.
A few months ago while in the USA I purchased an Aiptek video camera for my Super Cub but cant get it to download on my pc, have you any ideas as to what is my problem ?? ps I live in Europe johnstan39

  28. GrovesendBoi13 says:

    awesome

  29. NightFlyyer says:

The piper cubs are great. Hobbyzone makes a really nice one too. This is an older version. 3 or 4 channels is fine with this plane, as it flys nicely scale either way.

  30. tommyboy260 says:

hey dave…is the piper cub a good third or fourth plane, and is it a four channel

  32. 82soulfly says:

Alright, translated for europeans: some 230m. That seems quite high for me as an amateur, it must have been close to getting out of sight (for comparison: the television tower on berlin alexanderplatz measures ca. 220m from the ground to the top of the observation deck sphere.) Thanks for the number anyway.

  33. NightFlyyer says:

    Thanks kindly.

  34. NightFlyyer says:

    I do.

  35. NightFlyyer says:

    Thanks. The early days….

  36. NightFlyyer says:

    Maybe 750 feet or so.

  37. 82soulfly says:

do you know or can you estimate how high the piper was actually flying?

  38. ajcook1 says:

    very cool

  39. EyeLouise says:

You should work for the Military surveillance team.
    Great.

  40. Delaypat says:
