  2. Squirrelod says:

@TheYamahaarcticcat Get the same mesh (1.0 mod 1 pinion) for the spur gear. If your spur is metal then ensure that the pinion is hardened steel.

  3. TheYamahaarcticcat says:

HPI uses in their Savage Flux is really made by Steven Neu that is now partenered up with Castle Creations. The electric motor/ESC combo that is installed in the Savage Flux is made by MAMBA.

I’ve seen guys convert 1/5 scale FG buggies and to answer your question about “will it fit” …. you make it fit! Although you might get lucky and someone has made a conversion kit, but highly unlikely for your model. Time to start customizing!!! lol

  12. zendell37 says:

Really? That’s terrible. I was hoping for good news. I was planning on putting the 150amp esc and the 3674 motor combo on my stampede.

  13. Squirrelod says:

2 out of 2 fried. Tekin’s are running strong though.

  14. zendell37 says:

I’ve been wanting to get an ezrun esc combo for a while now and have been wondering their quality. Looking forward to how this turns out. Thanks Squirrel. I used your break in method to break in the 3.3 I put on my rustler. It was amazing but short lived. Had a run off and the engine hit the exhaust on my dad’s Riviera.

  15. RockinMissZ says:
