www.nitroplanes.com This exciting model was designed around dual 101mm edf fan unit and matched D36-2200kv brushless motors. Pilots can use a 25c 4000mAh battery pack for maximum vertical performance. The built-in fan mounts make installing the fan easy. Just drop in the fan unit and tighten the screws. The removable front hatch also allows easy access to the radio equipment and battery. The entire trim scheme is prepainted, pre-trimmed, the wings are covered in quality coating materials and all the decals have already been applied. Created for the advanced sport scale pilot, the Hero Eagle 100 ARF easily lives up to its reputation of being a next generation flying jet.

@earthling1984 ahh, I see, in fine print down the page(hard to find) it says it comes with no electornics, lol. Tricky tricky!
@earthling1984 It’s always hard to tell what comes with the nitroplanes. Usually the site is not very complete in their description and usually many type-o’s ;(
plane is currently $199. Does it come with the ESC and motors? If not, that seems way overpriced… Rather get the PZ Habu
@hangarX1 same here but, those planes are so fun!
if you say that ou are afraid….and you dont try it….you never learn to fly good….
is the smal secrect..:)
the crashes is in the program….
if you crash you fly….if you dont crash you dont fly….a smal adwaise..always frieandly
Cool video =]
pretty nice landing
I can fly that thing, it’s just I’m too afraid I’ll crash it and lose $300 dollars and 5+ hours!
Nice vid. You seem to have got a little better at flying that big jet. Nice work!!
very cool, I hope to work up to a big jet one day, new to the hobby mere 3 channel so far.
What is the smallest Nitro R.C. Airplane out there?
where do u by your planes
can u give graphics of plane?????????
@alishanmao she gets the after run oil, is an older hanger 9, Xtra Easy. I started getting into the EF heli’s a couple years ago. so really haven’t done much with my planes. anyways is nice (people like you) giving tips for others, and reminders for the ones like me lol, keep up the good work, thanx again
@SPAGHETTIMONSTER1 I normally add after run oil into engine and leave my planes alone. But once in a while I do start the engine for half a tank even if I do not fly it.
jeeze now i feel bad, my nitro plane has not been started in about a year, poor baby, I really should at least run her for a while. lol maybe even fly her. been at least 3 years since she’s been airborn, hope she still remembers how. thanks for the reminder.
is that being started reverse? like is it being pushed backwards so itll run forward? mines having issues running backwards and ive seen things about starting them backwards so they’ll go forwards
I WANT ONE
nice pause play.
Hay Ali.
are planes easier to fly or Heli’s?
Plus What size is this plane?
@alishanmao Where did you get another Edge 540 Redbull? i looked but i couldnt find the redbull one
hahah just the filling one has screw there. rest other two are connected to carb and exhaust
Hi i,m from the netherlands. Just so you know who is watching you haha lol. You refill your plane with the smal tube with the srcew inside. So basically you have 3 metal tubes in your tank? one for the carb and one fore the pressure on the exaust and one for the refill? I like the work you are doing and i,m almost a fan. see ya
Yup, i just bought another ARF Edge540 Redbull and got a free J3 Cub Nitro with it as a gift. Prepared the plane again. so basically its my Edge540 Redbull V2
lol you just slammed that prop:)
Yeh right.
man the strap was miles away!
Haha lol!
From what I remember, this plane was totaled before, but you manage to fix it all back up?
@lejink well said
@popcornreviews Katana, Su 21, Cap 232, Extra 330L or Edge540 are good planes
@gcshawkey I think you are wrong my man. Its just the camera angle that makes the radio and strap look very close to prop. In fact i am always careful bout those things and I am sure there were pretty far and at safe distance from Propeller. Maybe you are just too sensitive and too not bold lol
Dangerous demo. Model should have been tethered, and Tx aerial up, and the tx strap also nearly tangled in the spinning prop.
Sorry, not a good example at all.
Nice!
Im looking for a first low-mid winger nitro plane after my trainer, what sort of airframe would you suggest?
scary starting with your hand, hurts having those props come around and give you a wack on the fingernails
yesterday almost crashed due to aileron failure during flight. check the video. I landed plane safely
