31.9 and 27.6 later same day with new prop. From 25 to 28 mph to 32 mph and the only thing changed was the prop I did also adjust the hs needle to try to get more speed but ended up running the boat rich. It seems these proboat engines like their nitro fuel. I did manage to get a 29.8 out of her before calling it quits today but I was only able to take a picture since I ran out of memory on my memory card.
