@PCexpert120 haha thnx nd tht pipe with a 3.3 was loud as hell but it was epic

  2. PCexpert120 says:

lol you just bought it last week , and “just your f**king luck” man that sucks i cannot believe it ruined THAT much of your car, and i like your pipe =) and a 3.3 WOULD be epic haha

i did put a 3.3 on it, check out my newest video. and check the compression, it mite need a rebuild if it wont tune, thts wat happened with my 2.5 so i bought a spare 3.3 off my friend it still needs a rebuild but its better than the 2.5 i had on it.

it is a lot of fun…when its running rite, haha. but the low speed is tricky to tune, traxxas says to do the “pinch test” where u pinch the fuel line until it shuts off and if it runs longer than 2-3 seconds, i think it is, u have to lean it (tighten) and the opposite if it runs for less than 2 seconds but i just leave it until i tune the high speed right then i lean it until the throttle response is quick. and make sure u hav ur high speed tuned first before u tune the low speed.

get a 3.3 .. and i broke mine in in 35 degree weather.. and it’s fine.. just needs tuning… i put a sock over the motor.. and then i pointed the intake straight up so cold air would blow straight into it.. works perfect.. but i can’t get the low speed where i want it..

  6. famous1ondeck says:

damn that sucks man.. hope you get it fixed alot of fun isn’t it?.. what did you tune your low speed needle to!? like how many turns out from flush.. please let me know.. sweet vid dude!

that sucks man cuz i can imagine that replacing the whole front end of a t-maxx is pretty expensive

  8. dekker1257 says:

i know how ya fell on having to rebuild the front end i have a t-maxx 2.5r and it took off and hit a pole and just torcherd the front end lol

  9. Pancakeman4787 says:

    k thanks

  10. nitrorcman108 says:

i would say the slayer because overall its a better truck than the rustler.

  11. nitrorcman108 says:

    that sucks man

  12. nitrorcman108 says:

tmaxx 3.3 would be a great truck but if you want more speed in the sand pits i would say get the rustler

  13. nitrorcman108 says:

with the rustler: no mud/puddles(the servos/receiver would get wet and wouldnt work anymore), sand pits should be good, and they dont get much grip in grass.

  14. Pancakeman4787 says:

what should i get? slayer 3.3 or rustler 2.5???

  15. Pancakeman4787 says:

never mind, my mom dont want me gettin the tmaxx cause its too much money :(

  16. Pancakeman4787 says:

or should i get a t-maxx 3.3? i would b usin it in sand pits. alot. tell me wat u think! ill
    sub you..

  17. Pancakeman4787 says:

um. how is that thing like in mud, puddles, sand pits, and grass? im thinking about getting one :)

  18. nitrorcman108 says:

    no problem

  19. Pancakeman4787 says:

    thanks man

  20. nitrorcman108 says:

a full tank of gas will last me about 20 minutes, and a quart will last me about 4-6 hours of constant running. hope i helped.

  21. Pancakeman4787 says:

how long does a full tank of gas last you? a quart?

  22. nitrorcman108 says:

no i didnt get the bumper, and no fail safe. and the previous owner put a new engine in and ran 1.5 gallons thru it over a year i think then i got it and ran about .5 gallons thru it. also i did have a lamp and it looked fine on my camera but all my videos get darker when i upload them for some reason.

  23. sputnikwood says:

    very bad crash.

You didn’t get RPM’s bumper? Wow, 2 gallons in one week. So, no fail safe?

note: you should brighten up the room more (maybe a lamp) because the video is too dark to see the details.
