In this video you will learn how to replace the pull starter of an RC Nitro Vehicle with Electric Drill starter or power starter. This video is made for RedCat Racing Arizona USA and is one of the many tutorials on RC Nitro Vehicles that I am doing. Im using VX.18 Engine of RedCat Racings Shockwave 1/10 Scale 4WD RC Nitro Buggy. 10. alishanmao says:

    @nitroevaderst one way bearing must be broken. Replace it and everything will be ok

  11. nitroevaderst says:

    when i changed the pull start ith the power starter it was fine for a while now when i use it somehing wont catch and spins loosly i check everything and its all fine what do you think it could be

  12. alishanmao says:

    @nitroevaderst I find Starter box to be best as car sits on top of it with wheels free and its best to tune the engine right there

  13. nitroevaderst says:

    hey alishanmao what do you think is best this drill starter or a starter box Plx reply

  14. nitroevaderst says:

    i switched to power starters and dang it becomes more of a hobbie than an exercise

  15. alishanmao says:

    @Fallenshoes95 yup you can remove the string if you like no worries

  16. Fallenshoes95 says:

    My 4 wheel drive mgt 4.60 se has this little knob right where the pull string I and it has a special Alan wrench sorta rod and it fits right in there and you use a regular drill an it starts right up :) . But I’m wondering if it would be bad to take the pull starter cord off completely but keep the box from where it was on there to keep it protected from any flying rocks

  17. fm2929 says:

    @alishanmao how much is that and where can i buy it from?

  18. Megagasrccars says:

    I just got my electric starter kit and it works great. My only complaint is that you really have to push hard on the button.

  19. alishanmao says:

    @fm2929 Buggy is good, but engine sucks. if you could put in a SH 18 engine, it would be good ;)

  20. fm2929 says:

    well it was all that was in my price range and i was very inpressed with your own “box to bashing” part three. any tips for that car?

  21. alishanmao says:

    @fm2929 Ah :( i normally recommend
    people to stay away from Condor :(

  22. fm2929 says:

    ive just ordered an acme condor kit. im a complete novice so would this work on that car, it has the team infinity .18.
    also, any tips on how to keep that specific car running well?

  23. alishanmao says:

    @sonic2000ish yes you have to

  24. alishanmao says:

    @jamodabestdood breaking in the engine
    should not be any problem using this
    For picco engine of course there should be
    a suitable electric starter

  25. jamodabestdood says:

    hmmm intresting.Would this work on the picco v3 engine? and will this be good for breaking in engines? thanks!

  26. dtmpowerboss says:
