Hobby Town USA located in Naperville IL held it’s first indoor crawler comp Saturday 1-12-08. The RC Crawler Competition brought RC Crawlers from as far away as Des Moines Iowa and Beaver Dam Wisconsin. RCSLOT.com attended the comp, both competing and covering the event. does ant one know where i can buy a rc crawler in Aus without spending over $200 and what shops
woa, that is so taking a fun hobby and making it gay
RCPcrawlers near Pegasis Hobby near or in Ontario CA, has rock crawling group and copetitions, nicest people I’ve met in this hobby, as a group. Just so far from Glendale, CA, hard for me to get out there. Was quite fun though my all time favorite is The 1/8th scale Class Hyper 9e on a mini supercross track, with electric propultion.
Scalextric or the TAMIYA 1/32 MINI 4WD
free reverse zone…lol… looks like the course was designed for rigs with rear dig…
TRUE…we go trailing, just follow the leader in the woods or someplaces with rocks….WAY more fun. Never heard of a “free reverse zone” before.
ok found the car it is a mini 4wd
a few years back there was a car that would be 15 dollars and you would have to build it yourself it came with only a car case and a small electric motor and some gears and it would be powered by only batteries and were not controlled by anybody it was just how fast your engine was and you would race it on a track with 2 walls on the sides does anyone know what it is called?
ok im looking for a crawler but i cant buy a new one because of all my rc’s if any one is willing to trade just respond to this message (idont have any 18th scale)
it is not fun… thats why i dont do comps
touch clear reverse!!!! sounds way to seroius to be any fun.
sorry that comment was for lawless, but it ended up here.
its probably a wheely king… they always do it.
yes you do so drive slower and veiw where your driving and you will win.
That’s my truck, I’ve got the gear mesh a little tight and the set screw on the pinion is probably a little too close to the spur gear as well. Those should be what’s making most of the ticking noise.
not bad
now that clicking sound coming from the truck
is that your drive gear hitting something or has it always done that
i do bvelieve everytime you get a “touch” and a “reverse” yu get penlized.
thats so pwn
I’d pay you 1200$ for that
SICK!
you might try to make that center chassis (extending part) telescope-style, that way it wouldn’t stick out when you were running it with a short wheelbase. wider axles might suit this truck well also.
I’ve been trying to think of ways to modify my crawler and this is great.
RAW!!!
pimp
Whoa, first time I saw that thing retract and extend, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me! Very cool, very original!
is this custom built becuase ive never seen one like that?
i will love to see a reall truck like ths one
lol
jealousy at its finest,!
very good!! why not another axle connected to back? just to cover the extension when it is in short position. I love 3 axles truck.. look at my video, there is an yellow brother of yours truck.
awesome!!!
lol i was just lookming at it and i was thinking ” isnt that wheel base a bit wide?…” then i saw it extend and wow! that thing would pwn on crawler comps.
Thats the coolest RC Crawler I ever saw
mad cunt
FUCKIN AWESOME!!!!!!
That’s just too cool!!!!
