@Petepecs I used a mp9 with Castle Creations mamba monster w/2200kv truggy motor. The gearing is a 14t pinion and a 46t spur. That setup has tons of torque and alot of top end.

  2. Petepecs says:

Awesome to see such a high standard of racing in the 1/8th electric genre. To the winning buggy, what electrics and gearing were you running for this race?

  3. mrmikeandme says:

This track is absolutely perfect!! Also, i love the electric buggies.. so peaceful! =]

  4. zmk1 says:

i love when races are like that.. close and friendly.. 1st place driver stopped when the 2nd place driver flipped.. thats kool

  5. HPIxDrift says:

@FLUFFINATORofCA Get the RC8E, the Ve8 has problems with its Battery Tray Size and its plastic chassis. Maybe another buggy to check out is the Ofna Hyper 9e.

  6. FLUFFINATORofCA says:

i want to get one of these i was wodering rc8e vs ve8

  7. iowarctracks says:

    @UltimateRCnetwork
Makes sense I guess. If you lay the track out the right way you should be able avoid having people run into the wiring too.

  8. UltimateRCnetwork says:

Having it above-ground lets them keep it out of the elements on off-days, and also makes it much easier to make layout changes during the season.

  9. iowarctracks says:

Cool track. I was suprised to see the loop on the top of the track vs. burying it in the ground. Maybe they had issues with laps counting?

  10. UltimateRCnetwork says:

Yep and he won it! I put one of the flips in my other video from this day.

  11. MMGRC28 says:

The track is great. Someone said there was a bet to see who could backflip and land it 5 times for $20.

  12. JTrowser says:

That was a great video and even better racing!! I want to drive on a track like that!!

  13. MMGRC28 says:

Kevin Jelich lost his car again he was in second, his car dies a lot for some reason

  14. nitromad48 says:

    Nice battles going on there…;)

  15. CardNox says:

”I hope you get your parts for free” (Y) Nice battle of the 2 guys from start till middle somewhere.

  16. Nitrobuggy100 says:

Hi is the front drive shafts 80mm pin to pin because i have lots my ones ?

  17. echo41911709 says:

i have one of these buggys and i lost the front drive shaft and its FUCKING anoying to control, once you get the wobblys they just get wider until you spin out of control….i think the last time i was out of control i done three front flips and that was on tare!

  18. mattsrm85 says:

ive just got a warhead and when i start it up its rev,s are really high
i dont seem to be able to slow it down with the transmitter anyone any ideas

  21. rockettoairland says:

Thanks im only 12 and on my atomic warhead the spur gear was stripped and i took everythink off and replaceing the spur gear without my parents knowing AND IM ONLY 12

  22. Raynal224 says:

your carb is loose to mate !!!

  23. guitarboym12 says:

woow, how many turns out from full closed did you have your high speed needle valve?
its poking out of the barrel:O.
my warhead was 3 and a half turns out for break in and it wasnt poking out of the barrell like that?

  24. guitarboym12 says:

yeah thats an annoying thing, my gear cogs always strip, and then i cant pull apart the gearbox as the allen screws are done so tight so so then they strip meaning i need a whole new gearbox, my other buggy with metal cogs are much better.
how did your strip just out of interest :) ?

  25. guitarboym12 says:

amy whinehouse in the backround lol.
i dont lik her to be honest :) :P.

  26. andyandvirg says:

Sure can. Not as much traction but it still works fine.

  27. nerfmaster95 says:

if you do lose the front drive shaft can u still use it as a rwd?

  28. 7109B says:

change the wires on the buggy. swap the throttle and steering wires in the receiver they usually just clip or push?pull in or out

  29. XboxTrailerBoy says:

    lol

  30. grezza345 says:

can anyone help me please just got a warhead and the transmitter is playing up the wheel on the transmitter does the throttle and the throttle on the transmitter does the steering its driving me mad

  31. j3rd4n2k8 says:

    lol nice scrathed chassis

  32. andyandvirg says:

Default plastic gears, my exhaust was black too, ground clearance…maybe 15 to 20mm from memory.

  33. XboxTrailerBoy says:

Another question. Do these have default metal gears, whats is its ground clearance and the one im looking at has a black exshaust instead of metal like in your video, doesit make any difference

  34. andyandvirg says:

Look at the gearbox video to see adjustment screw for gear change.

  35. andyandvirg says:

Yes they are good fun but break easily but can be easily repaired. Dont know any other buggys. No idea what speed.

  36. sonter2000 says:

Looking for some help. I have one of these cars and it has just started to fail to shift into 2nd gear. any advice as to what the problem may be.

  37. XboxTrailerBoy says:

Are these nitro buggies any good. Because i want to buy one for christmas and im looking on ebay. Which nitro buggie do you think is best. And what speed does it get up to.

  38. bitechaser says:

Mate you have seriously saved my ass with this vid and your others. Seriously without some of your advice my car would be very broken by now, cheers for the uploads!
