Tested the mini E-revos yesterday , we got it up to 66mph and it was still accelerating, you cant accelerate too quick or it will flip!
We are using stock motor and esc. On the GPS run my friend was going WOT when it did a wheelie, that give an idea… Thx for watching! more to come!

very nice work i like the music good job.
@urmumzie
well i would do it, this truck is just owsome
got one by my self. im driving it stock out of the box and it already can do wheelie, so imagen what it can do when you upgrade it
wooowwwww
@airsoftman20 the brushless one is. the one seen in this video is not.

i put the smaller pinning gear in my and i have 2 batteries and my friend

@urmumzie yep
The charger i use is the duratrax onyx 220. It works great and can charge the traxxas batterys in under an hour. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to use their car often. The only problem is it doesn’t charge lipos.

ok thanks! ive been charging it so far at about 4 1/2 hours! it works well! do u know the usual run time for a full charge?
@GOT911BOOST the charger is bad and it dont work it charge but the light will never be green so charge it like 4h and it will be a ok
can anyone help, i just got my e revo today, n i wont explain how but i just broke my charger that it came with, so i went to my local hobby store and bought a charger, the guy said the charger light will turn green as soon as its done charging, but it doesnt even turn green for about 5-6 hours, and the battery starts to get really warm, so i disconect it! can anyone tell me if its suppose to get really warm?? or any suggestions??
@Dsm152 Minor problems don’t bug me. Its the ESC issues everyone is having that really scares me. Its all over youtube and forums. My buddie had one brand new and his pinons melted. I just hope traxxas fixes these issues with a newer series mini e-revo. I really like this truck.
what problems?
Been hearing and seeing too many problems with this truck. I’ll wait till summer and see if they fixed all the issues. I really like this truck too and want one : (
i have a 1/16 brushless want to upgrade what good upgrade that can go these fast on dirt i use it on off road.My mini truck in a 1/16 magnet truck plz need help really want to upgrade my RC.
i have a 1/16 burshi want to upgrade what good upgrade that can go these fast on dirt i use it on off road.My mini truck in a 1/16 magnet truck plz need help really want to upgrade my RC.
@MikePeperni ok how could i gear to go slower i have a 17t pinion and a 76 spur
@tamiyausa123 you can gear it it to go slower , it will pull less amp from the esc and reduce heat and help runtime a little. that esc is limit for apede, at least they wheelie easily so its not too bad…
i put the mini e revos system in my full sized pede, everything works fine but what can i do to increase my battery life and reduce heat
@nerdyrcdriver When the VXL mini revo was released, there was no brushed version, so the brushed version is not really the stock version, despite the fact it is a lot more powerful… theres better motor/esc than the 4000kv motor and mini revo VXL esc.
@MikePeperni I meant that the vxl system by traxxas is one of the best. You cant get a better one for that price. They make a brushed mini e revo so if you say stock without saying its vxl people will think that it is the brushed one and not the vxl.
it s fucking fucking good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
@nerdyrcdriver The rustler 3500kv is bigger than the stock 4000kv VXL in the mini revo. The one in the mini revo overheat easily. The rustler motor and esc would work good in the mini Revo.
By stock motor you meen the brushless system by traxxas. You cant really get a better brushless system. I have the 1/10 scale system in my rustler.
@sbs9026 thank you!
Another sick-ass video by Mike Pepperoni !!! Poly Vu France….
how many you pay for your lipo cell and what is the name of this lipo cell
i am running two stock batteries and using the series connector with pinion gear all my tires blew holes in them and my ”axle” i guss came off any helping tips
thanks great video
@revorocks123 Yes it is 50-51mph on the 23t, i will hit the rev limiter on the 3S. same for 4S but more brutal. on 28t its about 56mph with 2 nimh, id say close to that on 3S, may be slightly more until it hit the rev limiter.
@MikePeperni Ah OK thank you.
Do you happen to know the top speed of a MERV on stock gearing (28/50) with 3S?
28/50 Would you estimate about 50?
@revorocks123 Yeah it is better to let it cool down a little afte some runs if temp seem to rise.
31t pinion was used.
@MikePeperni wow, what gearing were you running? Also how are the temps after the speed runs, do you have to stop and let it cool for a while after every couple of runs?
@Straightsix76 With stock 28t on 2S its about 40mph.
what are these like runnig on 2s lipo
@revorocks123 Yes it was on 3S
I got a Mini Revo the other day, great little car! I’m running 3S LiPo’s at the mo, got 2 more on the way and I’m going to run them in paralell.
Were you on 3S in this video? Sounded like the motor was revving much higher than mine can go…
@skateify100 first I got a 1/16 slash vxl and it was awesome.
But I wanted something different and wanted to convert my slash to an E-revo.
I didn´t convert it but I bought a used 1/16 E-Revo vxl. Today I drove the second time.
I really enjoyed it. I think the E-Revo is easyer to controle.
The E-Revo is for fun and flips. The Slash I think for Racing on not too hard terrain.
@skateify100 the slash 4×4 would be a better choice over the mini revo vxl
nice vid man! hey what do u think I should get e revo vxl or a slash vxl
