Discus Electric Motorglider RC Experimental

This is a 670mm Graupner-Discus that was actually built as a toy-glider… It’s made from EPP and powered by a Pichler nano Outrunner-Brushless with a total-weight of only 9g including the wires. The motor is supplied by a 3-cell Kokam LiPo-Pack with a capacity of 250mAh. It’s recommended not to use it with more than 2 LiPo-cells, but I haven’t ever had any problems using 3 cells. It reaches about 9 min. of full-power flight-time.

@threedeeman Ich hab auch schon Sachen gesehen, wo die ganzen Flächen um die Querachse gedreht wurden (praktisch sowas wie Tragflächenverwindung)

  15. goastdoggg says:

@king14rk Yes, but wash the body agin before you paint.

  16. steemy2 says:

@RClife24 acetone eats the lexan, probably the absolute worst thing you could have used…

  17. 5PYZ3R says:

@hasek1616 That doesn’t even have anything to do with this video. lol

  18. 1999151 says:

can u also do this on original bodys like the ones that come with the car

  19. king14rk says:

if u whipe it with brake reisido it willl most liekley leave a film behind and the paint may not sticl to film so i was just wondering not a big problem unless u be and idiot like urself

  20. dazlia2 says:

of course it does you silly twat becuase you WASH IT IN WARM SOAPY WATER! What a dumbass question!

  21. dazlia2 says:

Could you look in the dictionary and find the word “hole”?

  22. themfknightrider420 says:

could u use this on a hole body ?

  23. disturbedrocker1 says:

will this work on striping the paint off a factory painted shell

  24. Squirrelod says:

    yes.

  25. king14rk says:

but would the paint stick to that spot again?

  26. RClife24 says:

    could this remove the cloudyness??
cuz i tried to remove the paint with acetone and it left this chalky cloud where the paint was removed.
please help i would really appreciate it. =]

  27. hasek1616 says:

any idea if the novak 4.5t ballistic motor can handle 3s lipo?

  28. wordreet says:

Paint thinners will attack the lexan !!! Almost any plastic in fact!
The shell might end up cloudy at best, but it could start to dissolve in places.
Brake fluid should not harm the plastic.
If you have a factory painted shell, you probably will find that the paint won’t come off with brake fluid, but thinners will still attack the plastic!
Some folks say nitro fuel will take paint off, but it won’t work on a factory painted shell.

  29. Squirrelod says:

Go with the break fluid. Thinner does not work on lexan paint.

  30. vietdrifta57 says:

use brake fluid…it kinda states it specifically in the beginning of the video.

  31. BimmerFreakE39 says:

  32. son8god8damn says:

  33. Squirrelod says:

    Yup =)

  34. Squirrelod says:
