Jeff and I have been having combat with these Old Classic Warbirds (that used to be manufactured by Cox Models) since last winter. Having just posted my Cox GAS Ukie video, I wanted to show you the Classic Electric RC Warbirds now being offered by Gravity Hobby for only .99, including motor, 2 props charging jack, plug, and switch.
Just add a micro Rx and 2 micro servos, LiPo, and fly. I like the Corsair the best. They can really fly fast with the stock motor. I have a Stormlauncher Motor in the ME-109 and stock in the P-47.
In my newest Corsair, I am installing the SL motor too, as it is quite fast. The Corsair has a very stable flight due to it’s wing folds, plus keeps the nose off the ground when landing. My favorite. Note~ In January 1996, a leading model toy rocket manufacturer, Estes Industries, purchased Cox Hobbies, Incorporated, and relocated operations from Southern California to the Estes facility in Penrose, Colorado.
This signaled a major change in marketing direction for the new company, now known as Cox Models. A great many new products including these Classic Warbirds were aimed towards a mass market and they were sold in large chain stores and discount stores.
To learn more about Cox, just check my Cox U-Control video description box. If your looking for a small plane for a heck of a good price or any size LiPo battery, check out www.gravityhobby.com I hope you enjoyed this bit of combat fun.
Thanks for watching

Wait, the p-47 lost its whole tail end But in the video you landed the p-47? Did I see that wrong?

Is these planes originally made for cox? I have an old cox motor laying around somewhere
wow, that took the tail clean off!
Dave, I have to tell you my friend.. i have followed your videos since the very first one. and though i am an RC Youtube Videographer myself… I wanted to show my respect and appreciation for all of the effort you put into your films. I for one understand and comprehend how much effort, time and skill put into your publications… rom all of the unspoken viewers that continue to review your vids… thanks for everything~! 15 stars! ***************
Cool planes, and cool combat flying Dave and Jeff, keep up the good work……..Bob
looks like a stormlauncher prop on his plane.
Cool Video
Awesome job! We can always count on you for some great videos! I’m putting one together too. I’ll be using a 3 cell 850 Ma. Lipo, a really tiny brushless, and a 10 amp ESC/BEC, and 4, 3.7 gram servos. one under each side of the wing for the ailerons. Using a 4 chan. ultralight rec. from Hitec. should go like stink with a 6X6 prop!
lol
if you look very carefully at 2:52 YOU SEE THAT THEY JUST barely touched but the bottom planes tail had been chipped then the ribbon was cut nocking both planes of coarse and twisting making it look like it was a serious crash but WOW REALLY COOL THOUGH =)
sweet im psyched for this info ni can buy a bunch of them and mod them out with brush-less and stuff!!
very good video Dave and Jeff. ! I’ve seen them all and for some reason I can not get tired of seeing them. keep up the good work!

@ProFlyer127 Rc Airplanes Gay? Thats a new one on me, are you hyper-homophobic?
As for FAKE, the only “FAKE” Nightflyyer dose is appearing to be nice to idiots like you.
@NightFlyyer LOL XD!!!!
Not much middle age men use the word “Lol”
You are aawesome!!
I flew my Zero today in fairly high winds. All went well.
@NightFlyyer Too bad folks feel the need to post negative comments like that fella’s, clearly too quick to talk, not smart enough to learn what he is talking about first. If he watched ANY of the host of great vids you and Jeff have posted he would clearly realize they are NOT fake. As for the comments, why watch the video if you don’t like the editing style. I for one thought it was a great vid, lots of fun to watch, AS USUAL. Thanks to you both!
So now you’re tied. Jeff 1 Dave 1
