I managed to use my iPhone to control an RC toy car using this OSC Library cl.ly and OSC iPhone App cl.ly I used a relay connected to my Arduino Duemilanove board and soldered some jumper cables to the controller board of the RC car. A network shield on top of the Arduino board received the network data sent from the iPhone application, iOSC. This application uses the OSC protocol and I used the OSC class in my Arduino Sketch to get all the communication working correctly.
