www.rccartips.com – Nitro rc cars racing and running in the 1990s. This event was covered by Radio Control Car Action magazine and was in their 1997 issue. This is the Kyosho World Cup 1997 finals won by Team Philippines. Here they do a lemans start where pitcrew run to the cars, pull start the engine then start racing. There is also a driver change during the 60 minute final, driver will run down from the driver stand to tag the co-driver in. These Kyosho cars are so realistic. There were popular bodies and models such as the Ford GT. And with such a big track racing was very realistic. Hope you like this nostalgic video. RC racing was really the best in the 90s!

@alurtoll take a closer look then…. look at the flag the whole video… it doesn’t flatter as fast as that so called bird flew by. Besides, it wasn’t a bird but probably a butterfly or something
I think the birds you see are actually bugs really close to the camera.
@Trekker84 if you look at the American flag, you will notice it slowly and naturally lofting in the breeze, proving the video is real. Subsequently, if you had a 24″ monitor like I do you would be able to see your “bird” is really a common fly close to the lenz.
As far as being “American” well you’re obviously not the brightest bulb in your country either!

@HungDGunn – The track is very, very big, made the cars look slow. I think the speed during the 90s were the best and most realistic.
