nice work! im building one of these powerful servos right now, i will begin my work with the h bridge soon. im building a car in kind of the same size with an 4 stroke honda gx35 engine (all aluminum bodywork, no suspension though). btw! what happend @0:44 ?? ;)

  13. pablo86picasso says:

take a look at my videos!
I also have used wipermotors for steering

  14. nitrouil says:

Just a precision it’s just for the steering servo that I need more informations… to command the wipermotor ;)

  15. nitrouil says:

hi floatncoffee I’d like to do a similar project but I’m french and it’s really hard to understand your explications in the video…
Eventually have you an electrical schema to see the differents components you’ve used and to see how all are plugged??
    Thanks

  16. alexbuneapetru says:

    awsome….

  17. floatncoffee says:

    Cheers

Hey fooatncoffee hows it going names Rich. um im acually building a rc buggy prettybig im just having trouble with my steering system. how did you get to build that is now possible i asked alot of people and they did have a clue so i was wondering if you show me how to make it .

  19. mrmikey212 says:

Ok thanks, That thing is gonna be insane! Lol

  20. floatncoffee says:

cheers :) im using a 12volt 9mah lead acid batt..12v to drive the wipermotors and 5v via a reg to run the RX

  21. floatncoffee says:

no the inputs are going to the other side of the board…
    the board is a d-200

  22. mrmikey212 says:

Nice wheels. Stiff Shocks. and a nice sevro.

Lol Great work really! What power source are you gonna use for the sero and radio gear on board it ?

  23. apachexmd says:

What H-bridge board is that? And are the hacked servo’s motor leads going straight to the h-bridge inputs?

Im sure you will figure it out. im counting on you. lol I signed in the large scale forum you have it on and read through it last night. You have done a great job.
Your steering servo is exactly what I have been trying to figure out for both the steering and running the motion controls. I have some very hilly areas on my farm and an rc hydrostatic mower would be ideal.

  25. floatncoffee says:

    thanks…
im haven trouble with this circuit…
when i get it sorted ill share it absolutley

  26. mdivinc says:

Every time I see this video I am impressed! How did you control the windshield motors to work in steps and not just full right or left? Again Great job! Mike D

  27. ClayWonderland says:

where did you get your shocks from?

i like the sound of that!! nice work

  31. Maximusfool says:

@floatncoffee I think once you have some sort of body shell on her, then you will be able to balance her out a bit more with stratigically placed weights under the shell

  32. Maximusfool says:

Ok I am going to say this and say it only once. I am jealous. Bro your handywork is awesome. I wish I had the skills to build something like that. I have all the ideas in my head, but don’t have the hand skills. Awesome machine though bro. Where abouts in NZ are ya from ?

  33. Wyteboy95 says:

that is a fucking beast listing 2 it

  34. lizard5109 says:

i will bye it off you how much!!

  35. freakstyle2030 says:

does it have reverse im assuming not?

  36. Compuinfosystems says:

Great build all around. I’m working on one currently but I am going to attempt to use pneumatic air control for the steering assembly. Not sure if it has been attempted before, but with the tests Ive taken it should work great.

  37. marquands says:

  42. floatncoffee says:

  45. gpmyles says:

lol cool car good use of design and re organizing where things should go well done

  46. hein2111 says:

Hi, I am building a rc car with the same engine but i have problems with te steering servo. Could you try to explain how you built it? i realy need some help and you seem to have allot of experience.
